1. Respect All Staff Members - All decisions made by the staff team are considered final

2. Respect Other Players - Although swearing IS allowed in chat, insulting other players is NOT

3. Main chat should be kept in English at all time.

4. Offensive characters are not allowed - Please keep in mind that offensive skins, capes and usernames will not be tolerated on the server

5. Griefing is allowed on UNCLAIMED islands - Any other form of griefing, such as sea-griefing, spawn-griefing is against the rules - Teleportation traps and killing isn't permitted either - Blocking moving ships with blocks counts as sea griefing and isn't allowed -"Insiding" a rival crew is allowed. It is the responsibility of the crew leader to ensure this does not happen to them. If the crew you’ve insided is dumb enough to grant you build perms on their entire island instead of a plot, you are still held to 'No griefing claimed islands' rule. You CAN take whatever items they have stored away in chests, etc, but do NOT grief their builds.

6. Ships - Ships must be pirate style. Submarines, planes or cars are not allowed - Ships that would give you an unfair advantage in a sea-battle are not allowed either - Blocking trade outposts with your ship is not allowed, if you do this your ship will be removed

7. Do not hack or abuse glitches, bugs and exploits - Using any form of exploit to duplicate items, bypass claims etc. is not allowed. - Any mods that allow you to afk farm (custom plants), are not allowed. This includes auto clickers. Encountering a bug or glitch and not attempting to inform staff about this is also punishable. You are not allowed to use mods which are un-approved by admins

8. Keep the chat clean! Spamming, excessive use of caps and advertising is not permitted
